EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK.

The article above describes President Obama's support of women who are discriminated against in the workplace and receive unequal pay for equal work. The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act has been signed by President Obama, so now women who receive discriminatory paychecks can voice their outrage and file a claim of discrimination up to 180 days after EACH discriminatory paycheck, versus the law before, which only let women file 180 days after the FIRST discriminatory paycheck.
Women will have more of a chance now, if they realize they are being discriminated against, to have their voice heard. Equality in the making.
